ICS - 1 This has reference to the Cabinet Secretariatâ??s letter ICS/DDFP/541 dated 4th March 2020 with regard to initiation of Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) activities for Ten(10) common services as part of the Integrated Citizen Service project under the Digital Drukyul Flagship Program. We are glad to inform you that the Cabinet Secretariat has completed the BPR work, and currently, DITT and Cabinet Secretariat are jointly working on solution development for the re-engineered processes (10 common services). To ensure effective monitoring of the development activities, 10 services were clubbed into 8 packages, out of which 4 packages were already awarded through the eGP system. The remaining 4 packages to be awarded are as follows: 1. PACKAGE - V: Birth Registration Process and Death Reporting Process/Supporting systems/agencies 2. PACKAGE - VI: Construction approval process/Supporting systems/agencies 3. PACKAGE - VII: Marital Services/ Supporting systems 4.
